Basic Knife Skills
Simply put, good knives are the foundation of a well-equipped kitchen. This class remedies all these basic issues: You will learn how to slice, dice, chop, and much more in the safest and most efficient manner. We will make a variety of dishes for your to sample at the end of class.

Ever wonder what wine to pair with that favorite dish? The old days of just pairing a red with red meat and a white with chicken and fish are a thing of the past! Let Chef Jen teach you the art of pairing.

Pasta Making
Learn to make fresh egg pasta at home with ease. This is a hands-on pasta making class where you will learn basic dough technique, cutting pasta, and quick ravioli making. Taste your fresh pasta creations paired with your favorite sauce and paired with the perfect wine.

Goyza Dumpling Making
In this class, you will learn basic hand folding techniques and how to achieve a perfect pan-sear at home. You'll get to eat your creations while you sip on house-made beverages, wine, or craft beer.

Tamale Making
In this interactive class you will master the art of spreading masa on corn husks, explore different filling options, from traditional options like pork, chicken, or beans, to dessert fillings. You will understand the steaming process and how to set up a steamer to cook your tamales. End the evening by enjoying your creations with a fresh glass of homemade sangria.

Fresh Rice Paper Spring Rolls
In this class, you will learn how to hand roll your own spring rolls & get the opportunity to to practice some basic knife skills. Not only will you be able to completely customize your handmade spring rolls with ingredients like steamed shrimp or perfectly seasoned avocado and vegetables that bring the crunch factor, but also learn how to make a peanut or sweet chili dipping sauce.

Join Chef Jen as she leads you through a hands-on learning experience. She will share the tips and tricks for cutting & arranging charcuterie from soft to hard cheese, making salami roses, understanding pairings & more.

Laissez les bons temps rouler!
Being married to a born and bread NOLA Cajun, Chef Jen had to learn the art of some of his favorite Cajun dishes. In this class, she will share her favorite Mardi Gras recipes for a classic muffuletta, chicken and sausage gumbo and an easy rice cooker jambalaya.

The Art of Gingerbread
Every year my kids and I decorate gingerbread houses. I got tired of buying the boxed ones not knowing how ling they had been sitting on the shelf. Making your own house is not as scary as it seems. Plus this recipe makes the best soft chewy cookies. Now you can feel good about your kids eating their final creations. Start a new tradition in your house this year.
